Sebastião Castelo Lopes
(b. 1994)
Sebastião lives and works in Lisbon, Portugal. He graduated in Drawing at the Faculdade de Belas-Artes da Universidade de Lisboa in 2015, in 2016, he finished the masters in drawing as well at the Wimbledon College of the Arts da University of the Arts London and in 2023 he finished the PhD in Drawing at the Faculdade de Belas-Artes da Universidade de Lisboa.
Sebastião has had solo exhibitions in countries like Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom, Hungry, Morocco and Italy and in the last years worked with galleries such as Galeria Foco, Galeria Monumental and with Fundação Bienal de Arte de Cerveira.
His work can be found at the collection of the Municipality of Loures, PT, at the collection of the Budapest History Museum, HU, at the collection of the Fundação Millennium BCP, PT, and at the collection of the Municipality of Cascais, PT.
